Project Overview

AIVA is collaborating with Picketa Systems to validate their Leaf Evaluated-Nutrient System (LENS). The Picketa LENS provides in-field plant tissue nutrient analysis as an alternative to laboratory submissions, enabling quicker fertilizer decisions. This project will assess the validity of newly supported crops on the Picketa LENS against paired laboratory plant-tissue analyses across cereals and soybeans.

Project Activities

• Collection of more than 100 LENS measurements, paired with lab analysis, for cereals and soybeans.
• Conduct a statistical analysis on the LENS and lab results to validate the LENS technology.
